AHSAN M. NASRATULLAH, CEO
Ahsan Nasratullah has twenty-six years of experience in urban planning, development, and real estate. Mr. Nasratullah leads Teres Holdings and charts its strategic direction based upon his proven expertise in urban real estate development.
Mr. Nasratullah is also the president of JNA Capital, Inc. It is a full-service real estate finance company that provides mortgage brokerage and advisory services for real estate owners and developers.
Mr. Nasratullah finished Two Year Architecture Program, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He received B.S. in Humanities, Lawrence University, and Masters of Urban Planning, University of Michigan.
KEVIN P. DUFFY, CFO
Kevin Duffy has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991. He has worked as a staff accountant for Coopers & Lybrand and F.X. Duffy & Co. He is a Registered Representative (Series 7) since 1997, a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves on the Board of Directors for the PGRA Federal Credit Union. Mr. Duffy provides financial leadership and accounting advice for the Partnership.
Mr. Duffy received B.A. in Accounting, Boston College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Representative.
ROBERT HOE, COO
Robert Hoe has over thirty five years of experience in real estate development, deal structuring, project management, and strategic business planning and management. Formerly the president of Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, Mr. Hoe provides expertise as a project director, business consultant, and attorney, all of which aid in the operational, financial and legal issues that affect construction and renovation.
Mr. Hoe received B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Swarthmore College, and J.D., University of Pennsylvania.
